For the past 16 years, in the position of Administrative Assistant, she has worked behind the scenes taking care of the many office administrative tasks allowing our REALTORS® to focus their attention on clients. Using her excellent organizational skills, she supports our team in maintaining a coordinated approach to operating a successful real estate business. Her creativity becomes apparent in her work with preparation of the marketing tools and resources we offer to assist with the buying or selling process. As well she keeps our team on track and ensures our services are updated to include utilizing the latest technological resources to offer the most efficient approaches to buying or selling.
Over the years, Nancy has taken on many volunteer positions supporting her two children in school and community activities. Much of her volunteer work has been focused on establishing safe environments for her daughter who has many potentially fatal allergies. She was a founding member and has continued as the Coordinator of the Manitoba Anaphylaxis Information Network a volunteer organization that provides support and education to individuals and families living with life threatening allergies. In 2009, she was honoured by Winnipeg Women magazine with the designation of one of Winnipeg’s Most Beautiful Women. This award was received for her involvement and leadership in numerous endeavours to promote an understanding of life threatening allergies and gain support from both community and government organizations. One of the greatest achievements resulting from many years of advocacy work was the passing of Provincial Legislation that requires school divisions to have guidelines in place to provide for the safety of students with life threatening allergies.
